Food Handler Safety Training Card A Food Handler Safety Training card is required for people employed in or operating a food establishment as defined by NRS 446.030. It identifies the cardholder by name and photo as having completed the required food safety training. A Food Handler Safety Training card is not a form of identification, license or certification, and should not be used as proof that the cardholder is free of illness.
