Harley Davidson Sportster 48 Service Manual
Breakin Riding Rules. The sound design, quality materials, and workmanship that are built into your new motorcycle will give you optimum performance right from the start.
To allow your engine to wearin its critical parts, we recommend that you observe the riding rules provided below for the first 500 mi 800 km. During the first 50 mi 80 km of riding, keep the engine speed below 3000 rpm in any gear. Do not lug the engine by running or accelerating at very low rpm, or by running at high rpm longer than needed for shifting or passing. Up to 500 mi 800 km, vary the engine speed and avoid operating at any steady engine speed for long periods. Engine speed up to 3500 rpm in any gear is permissible. Drive slowly and avoid fast starts at wide open throttle until the engine has warmed up. Avoid lugging the engine by not running the engine at very low speeds in higher gears.
Avoid hard braking. Breakin new brakes with moderate use for the first 100 mi 160 km.
This is a good repair manual. I own several Clmyer Books for different Bikes and Cars I own or have owned. Saves me a lot of money to have the book.
This JCB 185 185HF 1105 1105HF loader service repair manual includes pictures and easy to follow directions on what tools are needed and how the repair is performed. With this factory service repair manual on hand can easily help you with any repairs that you may need for your JCB Skid Steer Loader.
The breakdown of tasks is good. The torque specs are always given, although sometimes you have to search for it as they use tables for different information. You'll find yourself flipping around the book to get some information, but not that bad. Others can be even more difficult.

The only draw-back to Clmyer books is the index. Very weak, and I've yet to be able to use it effectively. I find it best to go to the Table of Contents and common-sense my way into the section and then find what I'm looking for. Can be frustrating, but the information is always there.
You just got to find.
